How do I get a new password?

Here we show you how you can easily get a new password.

Step 1) Please enter your email address in the »Email address« field above and then request a new password by clicking on the grey »further« button (under the grey box on the right). Within a few minutes you will receive an email with a new, »temporary replacement password«. (Please check the SPAM folder in your inbox if the email has not reached you.)

Step 2) The link in the email takes you directly to the »Renew password« page in the Comycom shop. There you enter the »temporary replacement password« and a new »desired password« of your choice. Thats it....

Enter your email address, then click on the gray »further« button at the bottom right and go through all the other steps.
