Our shipment provider is at the moment exclusively DHL. In normal case we ship all, until 2.30 p.m. on working days (except saturday) received and paid orders the same day. In case this should not work and it will be a delivery delay we will inform you per email.
1) To track a shipment online, we send all customers after initiation
of the shipping process a DHL tracking code. With this tracking code the shipment should
