FAQ - ORDER PROCESS

Place an order:


If you would like to place an order, you can do this directly at our Comycom.de onlineshop:

a) » by opening a customer account or

b) » without opening of a customer account.

Of course we are also available for you per order hotline 06633 - 5101, monday - friday from 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Customers from abroad please dial ( +49 ) - 6633 - 5101. Orders per fax are also possible but our download form is deactivated at the moment.

Your advantage of ordering with customer account:


* Your registration at the Comycom - onlineshop enables you to order quicker, to know your order status at any time and to have an current overview of previous orders.

* Your shopping basket will be saved for two weeks. So you can choose your article unhurriedly and access to the saved basket within a time period of up to two weeks.

* Your registration at the Comycom - onlineshop gives you the access to our intern support system in case of questions, problems, returns and so on and you will contact our support staff quite promptly .

* Receive an overview of all your placed orders, get an information if sold out articles/sizes are available again or participate in voucher campaigns and further promotionals.

Of course shopping without customer account is possible also:

Therefor pay for example with Paypal Express without opening a customer account at Comycom. Your data is saved only for the order process of this order.

But in this case you have some disadvantages:

* No current status of your shipment
* No intern overview of your orders
* No customer-related special features and special campaigns
* Complete new data registration for all further orders
* Support possible only per email


The order process detailed:


Choose your article(s) unhurriedly. On every article detailed page you can now place the article, after having choosed the right size (size overview below the article picture) through clicking on the button "into the shopping cart" into the shopping basket.

You can take a look into your shopping basket at any time through clicking on the basket symbol/the basket link, above right in the header areo of the shop page (red shopping basekt icon)

With our »characteristic boxes« in the category overview, you can choose a quick first selection sorted by for example colours, materials and the right size. So you can find the desired product the fastest.

In case you would like to delete an article from the basket or would change the amount of an article, please click on the field »amount« and do the change or delete the article by clicking on the »dustbin« symbol behind the article.

It is possible to continue the shopping at any time - in this case please click the button »continue shopping« - or to check out directly. Now the 4 steps with entering address and payment process have to be done and your shopping is done.
