Terms and conditions

Please notice that you have to wear your own underwear when fitting our underwear otherwise we can not exchange or take back the items.

You can send the goods back to us (unused, undamaged and in original packing!) within 14 days if the ordered articles not have given you satisfaction our do not fit. Unfortunately we do not accept freight forward shipment. For legitimate complaints we naturally refund the postal charges. For complaints the legal seller's warranty is binding.

If the delivered articles do not find your satisfaction, we credit the invoiced amount to your customers account or remit the amount to your bank account as soon as we have received the articles back. If you want to exchange the further ordered and returned articles for other articles, please make a note on the Return Consignment. The conditions mentionend under "Exchange and right of return" are required for this. After return of goods at due date you will receive the money back immediately if required. Reduced goods are excluded from this arrangement. In this case you will receive a voucher with the same value.

We do not have a minimum order value! ( Exception §10.1)

Delivery is made by the Deutsche Post AG / DHL at the moment (per cash on delivery or payment in advance) in a neutral packing. Your shipment is sufficiently insured against loss and damage. Therefore no additional costs will occur. Delivery to a post office box or poste restante is not possible. You will be informed on the delivery day per e-mail that the articles are on the way to you, so you have the chance to inform neighbours or friends to take the paket if necessary. In case of payment in advance we will send your order as soon as we received the money on our account.

We make all efforts in handling your shipment as soon as possible. Condition for that is that all relevant data for delivery and payment are available for us. However, should there occur a delay in delivery (for example if items are out of stock) we will inform you immediately and try to give you an approximate date of delivery. Please notice in our product descriptions the special times of delivery for articles which are produced individually. Should a delivery date be unreasonable on our behalf we will inform you in time to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Additional to the quoted prices we charge a small shipping cost rate of 3,90 - 6,90 € .(Germany)
For COD items within Germany also exists a fee of 2,00 € (this fee is directly collected by the postman of the Deutschen Post AG).More Infos ,please click here.

ATTENTION: Possible accrued charges for money transfers in foreign countries (especially Switzerland) are for the orderers account (customers account).

The business relationship relevant data is stored with the beginning of correspondence and order placement (taking into account the conditions of the Federal Data Protection Law which are included and stored in our electronic data processing). Your personal data is used for internal purpose only. In no case your address or other personal data is forwarded to any third party. Exeption from this arrangement is the forwarding of your address to relevant and serious companies which are essential for the shipment of the goods (Deutsche Post AG / DHL). We guarantee that!

For contracts based on Raab&Schlegel GbR “comycom.de" general terms and conditions and for all appearing demands the right of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid exclusively under exclusion of the conditions of the unitary UN-right of purchase (UN-Kaufrecht) for the purchasing of movable things (CISG).
