contemplate details of previous orders in your customer account at any time.
The contract text is saved by us. We save this data to enable you a convenient
shopping. In addition to that you are able to save shopping lists in your
customer account and make order retrievals. Additional data for example data
which is necessary for credit card payment are saved non-durable. If you choose
your shopping without customer account, your data will be deleted after the
legal safekeeping period. |

by using the comycom.de password. You will be registrated automatically with
your first order and will receive your customer number and password. It exists

absolutely confidential and will not be passed for marketing or advertising
purposes. We use your email address only for advertises between comycom.de and
you (especially for our newsletter, raffles or information sending in special
cases). You are able to registrate you for our newsletter and also to cancle it
at any time.

transaction data as well as the ordering data is transferred to the concerning
credit card institute to scrutinise.

at any time according to the Federal Data Protection Act
